Accounting and Commercial Assistance (Full-time or Part-time)

The Magdeburger Weiße Flotte GmbH, a subsidiary of the Magdeburger Verkehrsbetriebe GmbH & Co. KG, operates two excursion ships and two ferries and manages a motorhome parking lot. We place great value on customer satisfaction and teamwork. In our small team with a workplace directly on the Elbe, there is an opening available at the earliest possible time!

Tasks

• Processing of ongoing financial accounting in SAP
• Accounting and booking of business transactions including invoicing
• Maintenance of debtor and creditor accounting
• Support for quarterly and annual closings
• Preparation of evaluations in Excel
• Collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and authorities
• Coordination, preparation, and follow-up of appointments
• Preparation of business correspondence
• Maintenance of personnel records

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of current work experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software (ideally SAP)
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Self-motivated and meticulous working style
• Teamwork, communication strength, and reliability
