Tasks

Your Tasks

As support in the accounting department, you will take over basic bookkeeping tasks and help us keep our financial processes clean and structured. You will work closely with management and ensure proper preparation of documents.

The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• Recording and filing incoming invoices
• Preliminary preparation of documents for tax consulting
• Maintenance of simple accounting overviews
• Control of outgoing payments
• General administrative tasks in the financial department

The tasks can only be performed on-site. This position is not remote. If you do not live in Würzburg but would like to move there, please note this in your application.

Qualification

Your Qualification

• Basic knowledge of accounting or first experience in bookkeeping
• A very meticulous and structured working style
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Safe handling of PCs
• Discretion when dealing with numbers and sensitive data
