Tasks

• Independent preparation of financial accounting, including coordination with payroll accounting
  You will take full responsibility for processing financial accounting, including preparing sales tax returns and business evaluations. Furthermore, you will ensure a smooth coordination with payroll accounting.
• Incoming invoice verification, counting, and booking
  You will verify, count, and book incoming invoices and ensure proper and transparent documentation.
• Processing of payment transactions
  You will handle all payment transactions independently and maintain an overview of outstanding items at all times.
• Monthly account reconciliation and analysis
  You will reconcile accounts regularly, analyze any irregularities, maintain all relevant master data, and thus ensure the quality of our accounting.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
  You are a tax consultant, accountant, or have equivalent qualifications – ideally with experience from an accounting firm.
• Fundamental DATEV and MS-Office knowledge
  You work confidently with DATEV and common office applications.
• Independent, precise working
  You work independently, carefully, structured, and bring advanced analytical skills.
• Very good German language skills
  You communicate clearly, professionally, and securely in writing and speech.
• Professional and friendly demeanor
  A pleasant, respectful demeanor is self-evident for you.
