Aufgaben

Your PRIME Tasks

In this key position, you will lead 50% financial accounting and 50% payroll accounting.

• Implementation of financial accounting
• Ensuring timely and correct settlement of all salaries and wages
• Contact person for social security and tax law questions
• Optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
• Collaboration with HR, tax consultants, financial accounting, and authorities
• Responsibility for reporting and compliance with statutory requirements

Qualifikation

Your PRIME Profile

We are looking for an all-rounder in financial accounting, i.e. experience in the areas of creditors, debtors, banks, various accounting adjustments, and experience in payroll accounting. For this, knowledge must be up to date.

• Degree in business administration or equivalent with a focus on personnel or finance
• Multiple years of experience in payroll accounting
• Experience in financial accounting
• Fundamental knowledge of labor tax and social security law
• Experience with DATEV
• High self-responsibility, communication strength, and quality awareness
