Job description
We are a family-owned company in the field of house management and property maintenance, as well as real estate agents. Our goal is to provide reliable and cost-effective management of our entrusted properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced person as an accountant (m/w/d) in part-time.
Tasks
The following tasks await you:
- Accounting
- Creating monthly closing statements
- Preparation of annual accounts for property management and ancillary costs accounting in rental management
- Creation of a business plan
Qualification
- A completed commercial education from the field of real estate / also lateral entrants with experience
- Experience in rent and property accounting
- Multiple years of professional experience in the field of real estate management
- Structured and independent working style
- You act entrepreneurially and self-responsibly in your area of responsibility
