Tasks

• You accompany daily via email and Zoom in exchange with e-commerce entrepreneurs and accountants from tax firms.
• Active listening and understanding customer needs during Demo Calls (2-4 times) for customers in the E-Commerce- and SaaS-sector.
• Presentation, sales, and implementation of our cloud integration solutions, particularly the DATEV integration via online video terminal.
• Tight cooperation with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously develop our offers.

Qualification

• High self-motivation and result-oriented (SMART Goals).
• Demonstrated experience in Kundensupport, ideally in the software or e-commerce field.
• Experience with the use of DATEV.
• Interest in digitalizing the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first.
• Fluent in German and English.
