We are Digital Trendteam & Digital Brand Academy: a young, digital team around Online-Marketing, Social Selling, Personal Branding, and digital processes.

We're not about dusty Excel tables and paper piles.

We want to digitize, automate, and build our accounting step by step, so it fits our growth.

If you have a desire to take responsibility, improve processes, and not just perform tasks, but really shape them, then this could be exactly your thing.

Tasks

You can expect:

• Support in the operational accounting daily business
• Preliminary preparation and sorting of invoices, documents, and payments
• Maintenance and structuring of our digital accounting processes
• Support in automating recurring tasks
• Collaboration with our team and external partners
• Thinking about how we can make workflows simpler, faster, and cleaner

Qualification

You bring:

• You have a good feeling for numbers and accuracy
• You work structured, reliable, and independently
• You're fit with digital tools or eager to get familiar quickly
• You're interested in automations and smart processes
• You handle sensitive information discreetly
• You don't shy away from responsibility and ask rather too many times than not enough
• First experience in accounting, finance, assistance, or office management is nice to have, but not a must-have
