For our headquarters in Sollenau (40 km south of Vienna) we are looking for you as: Accountant Full-time (preferably) in a secure work environment Part-time (optional), at least 30 weekly hours on 5 days/week What you can expect from us: * Independent execution of ongoing accounting (creditors, debtors, bank) * Preparation and execution of payment transactions and creation of the monthly UVA * Debtor management and reminder process in collaboration with sales * Expense and credit card accounting * Preparation and processing of tax and statistical reports * Active participation in projects and continuous development of processes * Assistance at year-end closing What you bring: * Commercial education * Completed accountant's certification (advantageous) * Several years of professional experience * Outstanding numerical affinity, accuracy, and independent, structured work style * Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge (Microsoft D365 advantageous) * Experience with digital document archiving and processing (advantageous) * Teamwork & solution-oriented mindset * Independent, self-reliant, structured, and accurate work style What makes the job: * A varied task area where you can actively contribute. * Job security with a successful traditional company with international orientation. * A work environment where initiative and willingness to take on tasks are lived. * A dynamic, collegiate team climate where you are an essential part of the team. * Flexible flexible time regulation as well as home office days * A competitive gross monthly salary, with a minimum for this position of EUR 3,000.00 (full-time), depending on qualifications and professional experience, is naturally an overpayment.
