We develop digital solutions for the processing of complex asset structures and are market leaders in automated securities accounting. Our solutions support tax consulting firms, wealth management companies, family offices, and companies in efficiently, transparently, and professionally processing complex securities assets.

With an interdisciplinary team of currently around 40 colleagues, fintegra combines expertise from tax law, accounting, capital markets, and digitalization to develop forward-looking solutions for asset processing.

You will not only process complex securities transactions, but also bring in your own ideas and actively develop our processes further.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• the accounting and tax processing of complex securities transactions
• the analysis of complex business transactions, for example capital measures
• the identification and clarification of anomalies in large data sets
• the development of professional solutions for tax and accounting questions
• the continuous improvement of our processes and digital solutions
• participation in innovative projects around taxes, assets, and digitalization

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• A completed education or degree in the field of accounting, finance, or tax law
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and ideally experience in balance sheet accounting or securities accounting
• Fundamental knowledge of dealing with securities and their accounting representation is an advantage
• Safe handling of commercial and tax principles
• You work precisely, analytically, and go to the root of things instead of just treating symptoms.
• You enjoy getting into complex tax or accounting questions.
• You question what exists and look for better solutions.
• You want to grow professionally and take responsibility.
• Interest in digital processes, automation, and new technologies
