Your mission:

• You keep track of our world of numbers and take care of the recording and processing of invoices - from overhead costs to travel sales and preliminary services.
• You send our outgoing invoices safely and on time.
• You help with annual financial statements and support our team with your structured view.
• You ensure that our payments are made reliably and on time.
• With your organizational talent, you keep the office running and take on a variety of administrative tasks.
• You feel like creative variety? Gladly - if you are interested, you can also support exciting marketing projects!

Qualification

Your skills:

• You have experience in accounting and are familiar with tools like DATEV or Agenda.
• Numbers are your thing - you analyze confidently with Excel and present results confidently in PowerPoint.
• You work in a structured manner, think solution-oriented and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
• In the team, you actively participate and ensure smooth processes.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You are keen to work with international customers and partners from the luxury and lifestyle industry.
