Job description
The Non-Profit Housing Cooperative Bitterfeld e.G. is a successful cooperative with over 100 years of tradition in the housing industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable bookkeeper from December 2026 as a successor (f/m/d).
Tasks
Your tasks:
- Independent performance of financial accounting
- Debtor and creditor accounting, rent accounting
- Preliminary preparation and participation in annual closings
- Balancing and clarification of accounts
- Processing of payment transactions
- Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors
- Preparation of evaluations and reports
- Telephone and personal contact with tenants
Qualification
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as a bookkeeper, ideally with experience in the housing industry
- Multiple years of professional experience in financial accounting, advantageous
- Familiarity with accounting software (ideally Immotion) and MS Office
- Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
- Teamwork and reliability
