Accountant (m/w/d) Financial and Object Accounting - up to 60,000 € annual salary with home office

Our client has been established in the housing industry for over 30 years and operates as an owner-managed real estate company with a modern and dynamic property management. The long-standing and trusting cooperation with customers is based on our own claim to quality, tailored service, and extraordinary commitment from all employees of the company. In the course of expansion, further employees are being sought in the area of commercial real estate management. The team currently consists of 12 employees and is characterized by long-standing membership.

The company offers a very modern working environment, the possibility for independent work, flexible working hours with core hours from 09:00 to 16:00, 30 days of vacation, two days of home office per week, regular team events, and other benefits. Our client sets a high value on digitalization and is up-to-date. Due to flat hierarchies, you can set short paths and quick decisions. Regarding the salary, the company offers a very attractive remuneration of up to 60,000 € gross per year.

Tasks

• Performance of accounting for all business transactions
• 1st point of contact for accounting processes within the property management
• internal and external accounting reporting
• Support in preparing operating cost/household expense statements
• Correspondence with customers, tax consultants, and public authorities
• Processing of daily payment transactions

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training or degree with a focus on finance/accounting or equivalent training
• Relevant knowledge in the area of accounting (creditors, debtors)
• Professional experience in object accounting is an advantage
• Engaged, planned, and systematic working style
• Safe knowledge of handling computer systems (e.g. MS Office)
