Tasks

• Recording of all ongoing business transactions (creditors and debtors)
• Communication with international tax offices
• Preparation of value-added tax declaration and value-added tax return
• Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Booking and checking credit card transactions
• Monitoring cash flow
• Processing travel expense claims

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial vocational training program
• First experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office package and Navision
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Independent and structured work style
• Availability, flexibility, and reliability
• Analytical skills and high numerical affinity
