with focus on Accounts Payable

Our client, Müller Martini Eastern Europe GmbH, belongs to a renowned, globally active group headquartered in Switzerland and offers a technologically sophisticated, broad product portfolio in the capital goods sector. The company is responsible for the sales and service of products in Eastern Europe within the graphic industry.

To strengthen the Finance team at the Rannersdorf near Schwechat location, we are looking for an experienced and independent personality immediately.

Your Tasks:

• Verification and booking of incoming invoices, including asset invoices, as well as credit card statements
• Preparation of payment transactions
• Reconciliation and processing of open items in the accounts payable area
• Creation and maintenance of vendor master data
• Regular verification of VAT numbers
• Execution of intercompany reconciliations
• Support with monthly closings
• Handling of ongoing accounting correspondence
• Representation of the accounts receivable department
• Participation in the preparation of VAT advance returns and recapitulative statements

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further education in accounting
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts payable
• Fluent German and good English skills, Polish language skills are an advantage
• SAP B1 knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, accurate, and structured way of working
• Team player and enjoyment of an international working environment
• Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility

For this position, an annual gross salary of € 40,000 is planned. The actual salary will be agreed individually depending on qualifications and professional experience.
