Your new role

• Eigenständige operative Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen in DATEV and the warehouse management system
• Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs including payment flows
• Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen as well as account and balance reconciliations
• Pflege und Verwaltung der Kreditorenstammdaten
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Mitarbeit an Projekten as well as the optimization and digitalization of finance processes

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with further education in accounting
• More years of experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping
• Very good knowledge of DATEV (ideally accounting software) and ERP/Business Systems
• Experience in payment flows and cooperation with procurement, departments, and suppliers
• Knowledge in supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Structured, analytical working style, high process and system affinity
