In this role, you will take responsibility for the smooth integration of new real estate mandates from data takeover to the first ancillary cost statement. Tasks - You ensure that all accounting foundations are correctly set up for new mandates - You take over accounting data, balances, and heating/ancillary cost expenses and integrate them into the system - You create the first statements and maintain them in subsequent years - You document processes, maintain accounting keys, and work closely with other teams - You actively bring yourself into the development of internal workflows - Profile - A commercial education and fundamental experience in real estate accounting - Ideally a further education in finance or real estate - You are familiar with digital tools ?
