Accountant/Accounting (Balance Sheet Accounting) (m/w/d)

As an accountant/accounting specialist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Financial accounting, including balance sheet and income statement preparation • Cost accounting and cost control • Budget planning and monitoring • Cash flow management and liquidity planning • Accounting for investments and fixed assets • Preparation of financial statements and reports • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Coordination with other departments (e.g. production, logistics) • Support in the development of new business ideas and strategies • Participation in internal and external training and further education programs • Collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks) • Certification as an accountant or equivalent qualification • 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or related field • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related field • Strong knowledge of German commercial law and regulations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Team-oriented and cooperative mindset • Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
