To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accountant/Financial Accountant with Secondary Activity Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) on a full-time basis, to start as soon as possible:

Responsibilities

• Processing of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Management and control of weekly payment transactions
• Responsibility for reconciling open items with contract partners, customers, and suppliers (OPOS accounting)
• Booking bank transactions
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and management analyses
• Optimization of continuous processes in financial accounting for more efficient workflows
• Contact person for monetary operational questions from internal partners, customers, and suppliers
• Ensuring and placing timely orders for services, repair materials, operating supplies, and raw and auxiliary materials.
• Co-responsibility for monitoring delivery dates. Processing/booking of order confirmations up to goods receipt. Communication with all company departments, especially production and production-related departments.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with qualification as an Accountant/Financial Accountant
• Professional experience
• English language skills desirable
• PC skills MS-Office required
• Team player, reliability, and a responsible work ethic
