Accountant WEG (m/w/d)

We are looking for an accountant for real estate (m/w/d) at our customer's location in Munich, Germany, on a direct assignment.

Our customer is a major player in the real estate industry and provides investors of all stages of the value chain with opportunities.
Beginning with the acquisition and sale of residential property portfolios, further extending to portfolio and asset management up to the later profitable exit, all areas will be covered.

Noteworthy is the truly charismatic and experienced leadership team with many years of industry and professional experience, which enjoys a excellent reputation among established employees as well as new hires.
The approximately 40-person team works together in close collaboration and promotes personal development.

In addition to classical property management, the area of rental and sales plays a significant role as a second pillar.

Tasks

• You will process the ongoing WEG or SEV accounting.
• You are involved in the creation and editing of open items.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the reminder process on this position.
• The processing of payment transactions belongs to your area of responsibility.
• You will create monthly statements for the owners (SEV).

Qualification

• A completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial training or real estate agent (m/w/d)
• Knowledge in real estate accounting or financial accounting (welcome to quereinsteiger)
• A high affinity for numbers and a meticulous working style
• Very good PC skills with MS-Office
• First knowledge of house bank software is advantageous, but not necessary
