Tasks

• You manage the accounting processing of all business transactions with sovereign ease and are responsible for the proper examination, counting, and recording of invoices.
• You process payment flows and monitor incoming payments as well as debt collection.
• You support in preparing monthly closing accounts and performing business evaluations.
• You are the competent point of contact (m/w/d) for our customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• You are involved in projects related to financial and accounting matters and support process optimization.
• You support with various administrative tasks.

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk (m/w/d).
• You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• You are confident in handling common MS-Office programs and have already worked with bookkeeping software systems (preferably DATEV).
• You work independently and responsibly within the team, impressing with a meticulous and discreet working style.
• You possess an analytical thinking ability.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
