Your Role as Accountant (m/f/d)

Together with us, you will build financial processes that are clean, structured, and scalable. You will reliably keep our accounting running, present our figures transparently at all times, and ensure that management maintains an overview of the finances. In close coordination with management and external tax advisors, you will bring real structure to our finance operations, with responsibility from day one.

Your Tasks

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Creation and checking of outgoing and incoming invoices
• Accounts receivable management and dunning
• Ongoing maintenance and preparation of accounting records
• Coordination with tax advisors and external partners
• Ensuring timely, clean processes

Financial Overview & Controlling

• Participation in forecasts, budget overviews, and analyses
• Maintenance and control of relevant financial key figures
• Preparation of reports for management
• Support with monthly closing and financial analyses

Processes & Systems

• Automation and optimization of our finance processes
• Participation in the introduction of digital tools and AI solutions
• Structuring and documentation of internal workflows

Communication & Organization

• Central point of contact for finance-related topics – internal and external
• Clear presentation of relevant figures and information
• Support with administrative finance topics

Requirements

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in the finance sector (e.g., Financial Accountant, Tax Assistant) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Proficient use of accounting software (ideally DATEV) and Excel
• A structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Affinity for digital tools, automation, and clean processes
• Clear communication skills and a good understanding of numbers
