Tasks

Your Task Area:

• You are responsible for all tasks related to financial accounting, working with electronic bookkeeping and data transmission.
• You take over the responsibility for reviewing, processing, counting, and booking of documents, such as incoming invoices, credits, cash register slips, etc., as well as digital filing of all documents.
• You are responsible for counting all incoming documents and invoices and record daily transactions on company accounts and monitor open items and reconcile them at the end of the month and year.
• You coordinate account settlements with suppliers and business partners by deadline.
• You serve as an important internal and external interface within the company.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You have a qualification in accounting, are a bookkeeping newcomer with professional experience or work in controlling, financial accounting, a tax consulting firm, or in the field of taxation with a focus on accounting.
• You bring high numerical affinity and good mathematical and analytical understanding.
• You have very good knowledge of DATEV accounting software.
• You are team- and communication-oriented.
• You have good coordination and organizational skills.
• You have an independent working style.
• You have a good time and self-management.
• You stand out through responsible and structured work habits.
• You possess secure IT knowledge and are proficient in using all common MS-Office applications without issues.
• You master the German language in writing and speaking, and also have at least solid English language skills in writing, speaking, and telephone.
• Your working style is well organized, tidy, reliable, and conscientious
