Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the organization and maintenance of incoming and outgoing invoices and take care of further document management.
• The preparation of payment runs as well as the execution of regular account reconciliation and clarification also fall within your area of responsibility.
• You competently carry out preparatory accounting in close cooperation with tax advisors.
• You will support internal monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• You will participate in the design of digital workflows and the implementation of accounting and document management tools.

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally as a tax assistant, balance sheet accountant, or financial accountant.
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in which you have already acquired basic accounting knowledge.
• You have initial experience in stakeholder management, e.g., in handling tax advisors and banks.
• Ideally, you have gained practical experience in supporting inventory counts and valuing stock levels.
• Ideally, you are familiar with DATEV Unternehmen Online and other preliminary recording systems, such as CANDIS.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Independence and conscientious work are important to you.
• Very good communication skills and an open personality characterize you.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality.
• You are enthusiastic about the BBQ sector, are a strong team player, and feel comfortable in a growth-oriented company.
