Tasks

• Self-contained processing of financial accounting
• Creditor and debtor accounting
• Account reconciliation and clarification
• Preliminary preparation and participation in monthly and annual closings
• Processing of payment transactions
• VAT advance notifications
• Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors
• Maintenance and development of internal accounting processes
• Maintenance of debtor and creditor master data
• Administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education to financial or balance sheet accountant
• Professional experience in accounting
• Knowledge of DATEV is advantageous
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working method
• Teamwork and discretion
