Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for accounts receivable
• Care of the customer base
• Preparation of operating costs and rent statements
• Verification of rents and excess rentals
• General office work

Your Profile:

• A completed commercial vocational training in the field of housing industry
• Professional experience in the kfm. area (at least 3 years)
• Very good MS-Office skills and experience with SAP processing
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High numerical affinity
• Ziel-oriented, self-reliant, and responsible work style
