We are looking for an accountant (m/w/d) in part-time min. 20 hours/week (with option to increase hours)

Your Tasks:

In this position, you will be responsible for the commercial management of several companies. Your focus will be on processing the daily business of real estate management companies.

• Financial Accounting
  Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Sachkonten- und Bankbuchhaltung.
• Monthly and Annual Statements
  Mitwirkung bzw. eigenständige Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse (inkl. Value Added Tax submissions), as well as preparatory work for the annual statement according to HGB.
• Cost Accounting and Reporting
  Preparation of monthly management reports. Development of cost accounting. Processing of ongoing real estate accounting.
• Process Optimization
  Active participation in the digitalization and optimization of existing accounting processes.

This convinces us:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial education with further training as a certified accountant (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of common MS-Office products
• Fundamental knowledge of Value Added Tax
• Fundamental knowledge of DATEV, desirable
