Accountant (m/w/d) Part-time for 20 hours per week

The Planning Group VA GmbH develops, plans, realizes, and evaluates supply systems. With the planning of modern and energy-efficient buildings, we actively shape the future. The focal points of our projects lie particularly in the areas of hospital buildings, research laboratories, and swimming pool and wellness facilities. With over 120 employees, we count among the large engineering service providers in Germany. Strategically located offices in Hannover, Nürnberg, and Magdeburg enable short distances to our customers and partners.

Tasks

• Accounting, control, and booking of ongoing business transactions
• Implementation of financial accounting in our ERP system Abacus
• Preparation of monthly closing accounts and participation in the preparation of annual closing accounts
• Maintenance of master data, general accounting tasks, and evaluations in our ERP system Abacus
• Interface to controlling, tax consulting, and payroll accounting

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training or completed training as a tax clerk (m/w/d)
• Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting and several years of professional experience
• Safety in handling relevant IT applications (we would be happy to offer extensive training and familiarization with our ERP system Abacus, should no knowledge exist beforehand)
• Careful, structured, and precise working method
