Almost all evaluation topics are already internalized – the next step: bringing accounting completely into the house, rethinking processes, introducing ERP systems.
If accounts receivable is your pet project, you're also not afraid of accounts payable, willing to take responsibility and have a genuine interest in co-creation, then this role fits you.
Your Tasks
- Independent management and further development of ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting.
- Recording, checking, and managing incoming and outgoing invoices as well as monitoring the reminder process.
- Processing travel expense and credit card statements in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB in collaboration with the tax office.
- Participation in the conception and introduction of digital accounting processes as well as future ERP integration.
- Closely coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
- Participation in cross-departmental projects in the finance and operations context.
- Serving as a point of contact for accounting-related questions within the company.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in finance, accounting, or comparable field.
- Multiple years of experience in accounts receivable accounting including checking, booking, and payment processing.
- Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
- First experiences with accounts payable and asset accounting as well as the reminder process are advantageous but not a requirement.
- Experience in processing travel expense and credit card statements.
- Well-developed process understanding and interest in digitalization and ERP systems.
- Excellent German language skills (C2) in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ideally Apple Keynote.
