Accountant (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for an Accountant (m/w/d) together with our partner from Berlin.

Tasks

• Solo processing of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable and payable accounting
• Booking of property income, rents, and deposits
• Balancing accounts and clearing open items
• Support for reporting, liquidity planning, and annual closing work
• Communication with owners, tenants, and service providers

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or equivalent, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
• Safe handling of common MS-Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as a developed understanding of numbers
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Hands-on mentality and joy in cooperation in a dynamic environment
