We are an experienced and dynamic team and are looking for you as reinforcement on a full-time or part-time basis (min. 30 hours per week).

Tasks

• Processing ongoing accounting records for several companies, including checking and approving incoming and outgoing invoices, booking current account and bank accounts, and booking fixed assets.
• Accounting for a travel agency.
• Prompt preparation of sales reports and ZM reports.
• Processing expense accounts for employees.
• Preliminary work for preparing the annual financial statements.
• Determining the value-added tax (VAT) for an OSS (One-Stop-Shop).
• Processing incoming mail in accounting.
• Point of contact: available to colleagues on all accounting-related matters.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (Tax Consultant (m/w/d), Accountant (m/w/d) or equivalent) with at least five years of professional experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Fundamental knowledge of tax law.
• Excellent knowledge of DATEV programs, including DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO) and DATEV-Rechnungswesen, as well as the functions ANLAG/KOST/OPOS.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, and structured working style.
• Availability for deployment, team spirit, and discretion.
