We are looking for you for our Finance Team in Bonn (On-Site). You should have a structured working style with a passion for numbers, and bring enthusiasm to perform accurate bookkeeping and ensure correct processes. Your tasks

• You process all accounting transactions in the area of creditors, debtors, and payment processing.
• You are responsible for booking, recording, and checking business events as well as for reconciling debtor accounts.
• You manage the credit limits in our central document management system.
• You ensure that your areas are clean at the end of the month and year-end closing according to HGB.
• You are the contact person for internal departments and suppliers.
• In addition, you support the preparation of business economic evaluations and reports

Job requirements

About you

• You have a completed, commercial education with solid knowledge in accounting, ideally with specialized further training, or a comparable qualification like an completed study with relevant major.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area
• You are familiar with the HGB accounting and have gained experiences with ERP systems (e.g. DATEV, SAGE).
• You are proficient in handling Office products (MS Office, Google Suite)
• You bring attention to detail and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility and reliability.
• You stand out with analytical thinking and a structured working style.
• Your heart beats for the processes and workflows in financial accounting.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
