Rental Accountant (m/f/d) Part-time

We are seeking an Accountant for Real Estate (m/f/d) for our client at the Munich location in direct placement.

Our client is a major player in the real estate industry, providing services to investors across all stages of the value chain. Starting from the purchase and sale of residential real estate portfolios, continuing through portfolio and asset management, up to the eventual profitable exit, all areas are covered.

The truly charismatic management team, with many years of industry and professional experience, stands out and enjoys an excellent reputation both among established professionals and new employees. The team of approximately 40 members works collaboratively and promotes individual development.

In addition to classic property management, the rental and sales division plays a significant role as a second pillar.

Tasks

• You will handle ongoing rental accounting.
• You will be involved in the creation and processing of open items.
• In this position, you will be responsible for the correct execution of the dunning process.
• Payment transaction processing is part of your area of responsibility.
• You will prepare the monthly statements for the owners (SEV).

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial apprenticeship, or real estate agent (m/d/w).
• Knowledge in real estate accounting or financial accounting (career changers welcome).
• High affinity for numbers and a meticulous work ethic.
• Very good PC skills with MS Office.
• Initial knowledge of home banking software is an advantage, but not a requirement.
