Rental Accountant (m/f/d)

On direct instruction, we are looking for an accountant for real estate (m/f/d) for our client at the Munich location in direct placement.

Our client is an established player in the real estate industry and provides services to investors across all stages of the value chain.
This includes the purchase and sale of residential property portfolios, portfolio and asset management, through to a profitable exit later on, covering all areas.

Particularly noteworthy is the truly charismatic management team, packed with many years of industry and professional experience, which enjoys an excellent reputation among both established professionals and new employees.
The approximately 40-strong team works collaboratively and promotes personal development.

In addition to classic property management, the area of rental and sales plays a crucial role as a second pillar.

Tasks

• You will process ongoing rental accounting
• You will be involved in the creation and processing of open items
• In this position, you will be responsible for the correct execution of dunning runs
• Processing of payment transactions is part of your area of responsibility
• You will prepare monthly statements for the owners (SEV)

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial apprenticeship, or real estate agent (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of real estate accounting or financial accounting (career changers welcome)
• High affinity for numbers and a meticulous way of working
• Very good PC skills with MS Office
• Initial knowledge of home banking software is an advantage, but not a must
