Your Tasks

In your role, you will not only join an existing team but also actively contribute to optimizing and developing processes. You have experience in managing and processing creditors and debtors? You love reviewing invoices, managing open items, and keeping track of the current invoice status? Then you're exactly right with us!

• You prepare financial flows independently
• You conduct a tax audit of incoming invoices (including reverse charge)
• You maintain OPOS accounts and are responsible for clarifying open items
• You manage and process bookkeeping processes in DATEV and SAP
• You serve as the point of contact for questions related to creditor and debtor accounting and take over correspondence with suppliers and customers
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings is within your scope

Your Strengths

• You bring a completed commercial education and initial professional experience
• The standard MS Office package programs do not pose an obstacle for you
• You can handle numbers well, work detailed and precisely
• Your keen interest in accounting brings you and the Bikeleasing-Group forward
• Initial experiences in intercompany coordination round out your profile
• You speak at least conversational German (C1) and are conversationally fluent in English
