We are acting on behalf of a large BMW Autohaus-Gruppe urgently

Accountant (m/w/d) for Creditors and Debtors due to our growth ambitions.

Tasks

• Self-contained management and monitoring of assigned locations
• Contact person for customers and internal employees at the locations
• Maintenance and updating of creditor/debtor master data
• Booking of outgoing invoices and credits or incoming invoices
• Reminder and monitoring of open items
• Account reconciliation and adjustment of accounts
• Monitoring and booking of cash inflows/outflows
• Execution of SEPA direct debit entries
• Control of cash vouchers and protocols, as well as booking of cash transactions
• Participation in the provision calculation for sales staff and travel expense accounting
• Dokumentation for intra-community deliveries and export transactions, including accounting and preparation of the ZM notification to the tax office
• Support in preparing monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Support in daily business operationsBegleitung of the further development and digitalization of our internal processes as well as participation in department-specific projects

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, preferably in accounting
• Fundamental knowledge of creditor accounting or debtor accounting
• Very good numerical understanding
• Safe handling of common PC software, especially Excel
• Knowledge of the software “SBS neo“ and „ELO ECM“ is advantageous
• Teamwork skills
• Meticulous and structured work style
