Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

• Recording of all business transactions
• Checking, coding, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Account reconciliation and maintenance of open item lists
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Close collaboration with tax advisors and management

Payroll & Compensation

• Preparation and reconciliation of payroll and salary statements
• Communication with tax advisors, health insurance companies, and authorities
• Maintenance of master employee data
• Processing of certificates, notifications, and deadlines

Organization & Process Optimization

• Further development of internal accounting processes
• Support with payment transactions
• Contact person for internal inquiries regarding financial accounting and payroll

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or further training in accounting
• Experience in financial accounting, ideally also in payroll accounting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., DATEV or comparable)
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
