Your responsibilities

• Managing a production team and organizing the team's work.
• Recording working time and supervising discipline.
• Adhering to shift handover procedures and implementing the 5S+1 program.
• Participating in employee evaluations and the creation of procedures and instructions.
• Carrying out supervisor's orders.
• Supervising: process and technological documentation; quality and quantity of produced parts; implementation of control plans and technological requirements; cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Reporting organizational and quality problems.
• Supervising the correct operation of the HYDRA system.
• Reporting technical problems.
• Initiating improvements in the production process.
• Participating in trainings, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Participating in inventory counts.
• Training employees.
• Ensuring the handover of measuring instruments for calibration.

Our requirements

• Timely and reliable execution of entrusted tasks and production goals,
• Supervising the correct technical condition of entrusted machines, devices, and equipment,
• Adhering to procedures of the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, and TS systems,
• Ensuring adherence to work discipline,
• Ensuring correct and timely flow of information between workstations in the department,
• Timeliness of task completion,
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system.
