Working Team Leader

Place of work: Bogdanka (Brzeziny district)

Your responsibilities

• Work in a production team.
• Ensure the continuity of the production process and adherence to schedules.
• Operation of production machines and equipment (saws, presses, injection molding machines, rolling mills).
• Work using internal transport devices (forklifts, overhead cranes).
• Quality control of manufactured building elements and ensuring order and safety in the hall.
• Reporting on the team's work results and reporting any technical problems.

Our requirements

• Experience in production work.
• Ability to operate production machines and equipment (saws, presses, injection molding machines, rolling mills).
• Ability to operate transport machines or equipment (UDT certificates welcome).
• Readiness for physical work.
• Knowledge of work organization principles and quality control.
• Diligence, responsibility, and decision-making skills.
