- Passing on responsibilities to counterparts from previous and next shift to ensure smooth transitions.
- Overseeing the production hall and conducting meetings to inform team members about progress and priorities
- Updating skills matrix
- Supervising the production team – processes of injection molding, marking, and assembly of products
