Welding Department Foreman

Job location: Złotoryja



Main tasks:

· Organizing and managing the work of subordinate employees

· Ensuring the continuity of production and resolving current problems

· Supporting the work of the team and communication with other departments

· Supervising the observance of work discipline and occupational health and safety regulations in the plant

· Reporting current problems and solutions to superiors

· Monitoring equipment failures and necessary repairs and maintenance



Expected qualifications and experience:

* Professional experience in MIG/MAG welding

* Very good ability to read technical drawings

* Professional experience in a production company is desirable

* Willingness to work shifts

* Ability to perform independent work
