Seamstress / Seamster Department Manager

SEAMSTRESS DEPARTMENT MANAGER – WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CRAFTSPERSON AND LEADER!

Location: ŻYWIEC | Full-time

We are looking for a Seamstress Department Manager (m/f) who knows production from a practical perspective, can sew on industrial machines, and can effectively manage a team.

• organization and supervision of the work of the entire sewing room,
• production planning and deadline monitoring,
• managing the team of seamstresses, cutters, finishing, and packing staff,
• quality control at every stage of production,
• settling work time and employee performance,
• responding to production errors and problems,
• ensuring proper work organization and plan execution,
• enforcing quality and work standards.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SEW!

We require practical knowledge of industrial machines: straight stitch machine | overlock machine | double needle chain stitch machine | buttonhole machine | button sewing machine | regular double needle machine.

Knowing production "from an office" is not enough. We are looking for a person who knows sewing, understands the process, and can sit down at a machine if necessary and show an employee how to properly perform a given operation.
