Team Leader / Supervisor

Location: Reda

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing a team of employees in the packaging department.
• Organizing work and logistics, supporting the manager in assigning tasks to employees.
• Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution, ensuring high work efficiency and discipline.
• Maintaining an adequate number of employees at packaging machines.
• Ensuring a continuous supply of dishes for packaging on the machines, ensuring a smooth process.
• Checking and controlling the correctness of assembled dishes and verifying the reliability of check-lists and the work performed by employees.
• Cooperating with employees on the production line

Our requirements

• Required experience in production work – preferably in the food industry.
• Experience as a team leader/supervisor or other managerial position in a production environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage a team and good work organization.
• Responsibility and diligence
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Willingness to work in low temperatures (approximately 6-8 degrees Celsius)
