The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and technical expertise in brush filling equipment Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of maintenance personnel Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and machinery Identify and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failure Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
