Job description
Brokerage Dispatch Support are responsible for customer service after hours. During the after-hours shift, the Brokerage Dispatch Support is directly responsible for the day-today freight management for all accounts within group and for supporting the day Supply Chain Leader's and/or Account managers performance on customer scorecards. As an SCA for after hours, you will need to know operational details about all of our target growth accounts to help move them in the right direction along with any other corporate initiatives, as well as the roles for tracking shipments and sourcing carriers.
