Insurance Broker (no claims handling)

Join a team where you don't start from scratch. For our client, an insurance brokerage firm from Toruń, we are looking for a Broker.

Your scope of duties

In this role, you will:

- service and develop a portfolio of business clients in the area of property insurance,

- analyze risks and prepare insurance recommendations,

- negotiate terms of insurance programs with insurance companies,

- prepare offers and presentations for B2B clients,

- develop long-term client relationships,

- acquire new clients,

- cooperate with the team and back office.

Our requirements

We are looking for an experienced broker who:

- has at least 2 years of experience as a broker - ideally 4-5 years,

- has passed the broker exam - this is a mandatory condition,

- has practical and broad knowledge of property insurance,

- knows the market of insurance companies and can negotiate effectively,

- can communicate freely with business clients and conduct meetings and presentations,

- can independently organize their work and is responsible for assigned tasks,

- has a category B driving license.
