With a strong presence in the Canterbury market and a focus on building genuine, long-term client relationships, this firm delivers trusted risk advice and tailored insurance solutions across the commercial sector.

What’s in it for you?

This is more than just an admin-heavy support role. You’ll contribute to client retention, collaborate with brokers and underwriters, and support the delivery of strategic risk solutions. Your work will directly support the growth and management of a quality portfolio, all while being part of a close-knit and highly engaged Christchurch-based team.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Produce documentation to support new business, renewals and endorsements
• Plan and monitor workflow across client portfolios
• Liaise and collaborate with underwriters to secure effective cover
• Maintain systems, track client data and ensure compliance
• Support brokers in delivering excellent service and advice

What you bring to the table:

• Prior experience as a Commercial Broker Support or Account Executive
• Confidence with Microsoft Word and Excel – you’ll regularly create reports and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Progress toward or completion of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine desire to build your insurance career
