About the role:
- Support administration and client-related functions needs around new business, renewals, and policy maintenance
- Provide necessary documentation for pre-renewal meetings
- Manage client queries effectively
- Liaise and negotiate with direct insurers on new policies and renewals
- Ensure all client and insurer interactions are documented
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
- Collaboration with a large, experienced team
- Market-related salary package
- ANZIIF/equivalent qualification preferred
- Prior experience as a Broker Support required
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
