We’re hiring for a Broker Support with a growing South Auckland brokerage known for genuine client care, a collaborative culture, and real career progression.

Who You Are

Direct or commercial insurance (broking, claims, underwriting, or sales/service)
Solid understanding of insurance basics (premiums, excesses, renewals)
Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone
Fast, accurate admin skills and attention to detail
Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn

What You’ll Do

Hands-on support for senior brokers
Liaising with underwriters and clients
Workflow management
Learning on the job from a Senior Broker
