Who You Are
- Direct or commercial insurance (broking, claims, underwriting, or sales/service)
- Solid understanding of insurance basics (premiums, excesses, renewals)
- Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone
- Fast, accurate admin skills and attention to detail
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Hands-on support for senior brokers
- Liaising with underwriters and clients
- Workflow management
- Learning on the job from a Senior Broker
- Clear path to Commercial Broking
- Supportive, practical team and no corporate politics
- Real input into processes, your ideas matter
