Role The Property Broker acts as an essential connection between Aon’s clients and prospects and the insurance markets. This role collaborates closely with Client Managers and other client-facing colleagues to develop, negotiate and secure a wide variety of property-related insurance solutions, including: • a wide range of property-related insurance products, • complex risk assessments and policy negotiations, • strong relationships with clients and prospects, • effective communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • Develop, negotiate and secure property-related insurance solutions for Aon’s clients and prospects, • Collaborate closely with Client Managers to understand client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions, • Conduct complex risk assessments and policy negotiations to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients, • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and negotiation skills. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in property broking or a related field, • Strong understanding of property-related insurance products and markets, • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
