This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop management, livestock husbandry, and ensuring the overall health and productivity of the property. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sheep farming practices, as well as experience in crop production, particularly broadacre cropping. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the daily operations of the farm, including crop management, livestock husbandry, and maintenance tasks. • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall health and productivity of the property. • Managing and maintaining equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure on the property. • Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for goods and services. • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required. • Participating in farm planning and budgeting processes. • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
